As your much-awaited journey with Veena World begins, here’s how your first day will unfold based on your selected tour departure:
Guests Departing from Mumbai (Scheduled Group Departure) Guests who have opted for the Mumbai to Mumbai tour should report at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Domestic or International Airport, Mumbai, three hours prior to the scheduled flight departure time. Upon arrival at Udaipur Airport, your Veena World Tour Manager will meet you and ensure a smooth transition to the hotel or the sightseeing spot, as per the itinerary.
Joining & Leaving (J&L) Guests – From India or Anywhere in the World If you are joining the tour from any part of India or overseas by making your own arrangements, please ensure you receive complete guidance for a smooth arrival, hotel check-in, or joining at the sightseeing point. Your Veena World Travel Advisor and Tour Manager will coordinate and guide you accordingly. The Tour Manager will meet you directly at the first destination, as per the itinerary shared with you.
Today we explore Udaipur City, we visit Moti Magri – also known as Pearl hill which overlooks the Fateh Sagar Lake. Further we visit Udaipur City Palace – an architectural marvel. We then enjoy boat ride to reach Jag Mandir – palace built on island in Lake Pichola. Later we have free time for shopping. In the evening, we enjoy a traditional music and dance show.
Today we proceed to Chittorgarh. We visit Chittorgarh Fort – a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a symbol of bravery. Here we will see Ranakumbha Palace – where founder of Udaipur Maharana Udai Singh was born, Meera Mandir – was once the home of famous bhakti poetess Meerabai, Vijay Stambha – victory monument constructed by Mewar king to commemorate victory over Mahmud Khilji and Queen Padmini’s Palace – located amidst water bodies. Today you have a chance to get yourself clicked in Rajasthani outfit. Later we proceed to Pushkar – one of the oldest cities with heritage, culture, and warmth rolled into one panoramic landscape.
Today’s Sightseeing
Today we visit Brahma Mandir – one of very few existing temples dedicated to the Hindu creator-god Brahma which was built in 14th century, followed by visit to Pushkar Tirth. Later we proceed to Jaipur – capital city of Rajasthan and known as ‘Pink City’ of India. En route we visit Kishangarh – Kashmir of Rajasthan. In the evening, we enjoy sound and light show at Amer Fort.
Today’s Sightseeing
a beautiful beachside pilgrim town. Upon arrival we visit Murdeshwar Temple- a shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva.
