Tour guests will arrive at Pune Airport/ Pune Railway station as per the scheduled arrival time and proceed to hotel. Upon arrival, they will meet Veena world tour manager. Today we visit, Shaniwarwada – a historical palace and fort that chronicles the glory and grandeur of the Maratha Empire. Followed by visit to Shreemant Dagadusheth Halwai Ganpati Mandir – known for its bejeweled idol made up of pure silver. Then we have free time for shopping at Maharashtra's famous Chitale snacks store.
Today we visit Agakhan Palace – mighty edifice of Aga Khan Palace is situated in Pune and was built by Sultan Muhammed Shah Aga Khan III in the year 1892 is one of the most important landmarks in Indian history and has been instrumental in many defining moments of India's independence. Then proceed to Dehu – the birthplace of Saint Tukaram Maharaj. Here we visit The Dehu Gatha Temple – a beautiful temple built of white marble with Gathas (poems) written by Tukaram Maharaj scripted on its walls. Later we drive to Aalandi – a quaint town famous for its spiritual and religious importance. Also home to the resting place of the poet and Saint Dnyaneshwar. Upon arrival we visit Dnyaneshwar Samadhi Mandir.In the evening, we drive back to Pune.
Today we drive to Shivneri Fort – birthplace of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Here we see Temple of goddess Shivai after whom Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was named, Kadelot – a point on the fort from where criminals were thrown off the fort as a punishment, Ambarkhana – food storage, Ganga and Jamuna – water Springs on the fort, Statue of Jijabai and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and the Badami Talav - A huge water reservoir on the fort. Then we proceed to visit Ozar Vighneshwar Temple – one of the Ashtavinayaka, the eight revered shrines of Lord Ganesha in India. Later we proceed to Shirdi – former home of revered spiritual leader Sai Baba.
Today early morning we visit Shree Sai Baba Samadhi Mandir. Then we proceed to Nashik – an ancient holy city situated on the banks of Godavari River known for its link to Ramayana – the epic poem. En route we visit, Yeola – a small town near Shirdi which happens to be one of Maharashtra's biggest handloom centers to Weaving world famous Paithani Sarees, where we can shop for these hand woven richest sarees in India.In the evening, we experience the spiritual Godavari Aarti at Ramkund.
